You MUST choose one of the two export methods for the correct price to be displayed. Air is reliable and cheap, also can be tracked.
EMS is fast, guaranteed and has a real-time tracking number provided.
5) How much import duty I have to pay for one sample order?
For INTERNTIONAL business, there always have this import duty issue. We ship all our sample as gift . no commercial value, and we normally put 10-80USD on the shipping paper for lower your tax.(depends on the box size) please notice if you worry about this, you can check with your local custom,
We do not accept any return product for high tax reason, if you can't accept this, please don't purchase from us.
6) Can you do customize guitar as I request?
We accept OEM/customize order , if you need a customize guitar ,please ask us for a custom guitar form and fill your information on it. We will quote you price as your details request.

A:Stock goods will be shipped out after 100% payment,manufacturing items accept 30% deposit before production ,70% remaining balance before shipment.
We accept western union and T/T. Of course if you have friend or shipping agent in china can pay RMB directly ,that is welcomed.
2)Q:Can we make our own design or logo?
A:Yes.Please contact our sales and show them your design.It's commonly seen that customers choose our model to make their own logo.
3)Q:Can you accepting making sample before bulk order? Can we get sample free?
A:Yes.No matter one sample or 20feet container is welcomed.
The sample fee and shipping fee will be payed by customers.For some items we will return sample fee back to you when you place bulk order.
4)Q:How long will lead time be?
A:Usually stock goods will be leaded into one week .Manufacturing items depends on exact quantity and complexity of them. But normally 30-45 days.
